The space
The apartment has been lovingly furnished and offers a very high standard of modern living accommodation in the popular historic town of Xabia. The lounge and dining area features Juliette balconies as do all the bedrooms. Bedrooms are light and spacious and offer ample storage with built in wardrobes. Guests have the convenience of two bathrooms (one with walk in shower and the other featuring shower over bath) and the kitchen is full equipped to cater for up to 6 persons providing all the home comforts for self catering. Facilities include full hob, integrated oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. Air conditioning/reverse heating and WIFI are included.

Javea and the surrounding areas offer so much variety for families from stunning beaches, private coves and spectacular peninsulas backed by an impressive and green mountainous landscape providing endless days of exploring.

Having lived in the area for many years and traveled far and wide, there are few places that offer the spectacular scenery and clear turquoise waters as Costa Blanca North and we look forward to welcoming you to the area. We appreciate couples and families like their privacy and independence and after your arrival where we meet you to run you through the apartment we leave you to enjoy your holiday but for your peace of mind, we are always on hand and available for any queries you may have during your stay.
