Electric storage heaters and open fire. Oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. On road parking. Private garden with seating. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The first floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Note: Parking available at eastern gable end of cottage, not reserved but usually available, also on street parking. Note: Dogs are not allowed on beds or any of the furniture.
