Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 120 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Barbecue, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant, bar 160 m. Nearby attractions: Sitges 20 km, Barcelona 61 km, Tarragona 41 km, Port Aventura 51 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
