RUSTIC AND ELEGANT VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 10 guests.
LAYOUT: The Las Salinas villa has two separated floors. As soon as we enter to the villa, we find the living room with two sofas (one for three seats and the other for two)a coffee table and a TV. Behind, its the living room with table and chairs for all guests with direct access to the garden. The independent kitchen is located on the other part of the floor and it has all necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, one room has 2 single beds and the other one has a double bed. We will also have at our disposal a bathroom with shower. We may access to the upper floor through the stairs. On this floor is the third bedroom consisting of two single beds ana double bed and a private bathroom with shower. On this same floor, we will have access to an upper terrace where we can enjoy dinnering outside. Finally, the independent ground floor, at pool level, which we will access from the outside of the house. In it we will find a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, both with air conditioning.

EXTERIOR: Villa Las Salinas offers several OPEN AIR SPACES to enjoy beautiful moments.At the pool area we can find sunbeds as well as a parasol with table and chairs. On the courtyard, there is enough space to play for the kids. Also, on this side, we have parking for two or three cars. On the upper terrace, we can find a chill out area to rest in the natural environment that this villa offers.
LOCATION: Las Salinas villa is located on a quiet street. A residential area located close to all services and a few steps from the beach and the beautiful town of Moraira.
