Nice 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of Block C in the Skol Building, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants, and all the city´s services so the car is not necessary. This West-facing apartment has good sea and beach views and afternoon sun.

This lovely apartment has accommodation comprising; Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa-bed for 2 guests and doors to the terrace with exterior table with chairs and sea views. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob & microwave. B edroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe to accommodate your belongings. Bathroom with shower over the bath.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container.
