The farmhouse consists of a single large recently renovated huge apartment, 6 rooms,6 bathrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen on the upper floor with all appliances, and a second room with sofa and television, large tavern below with bbq.
This wonderful Umbrian farmhouse has two levels.
You reach the upper area by internal stairs.
Upstairs we have 6 bedrooms, double and triple, each of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, on the upper floor the guests has a kitchen in the living room with TV and sofa plus a dining table, we then have another living room available for guests to use.
Going down the stairs to the lower floor the guest has at his disposal a large tavern with many tables and chairs and a barbecue on wheels that can also be transported to the poolside.
Externally the property is entirely fenced and is very large.

The property is surrounded by a large garden with a panoramic swimming pool, high max. 1.50 m, equipped with umbrellas and Beach loungers.
It is possible to use the barbeque (with charcoal) and the spacious tavern on the lower floor.
The property also offers a large internal parking (not covered).
The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of the single group of guests, from the moment of your booking we are at your disposal for any information.
