A lovingly renovated, detached cottage in the village of Hartland, conveniently located to discover many North Devon and Cornwall coastal attractions and beaches.. 1 step to entrance.

The detached accommodation offers three bedrooms (a double and twin on the first floor, where you can enjoy countryside and sea views, as well as a family bathroom) and a master double bedroom on the ground floor. The latter is curtained-off from the conservatory, which in turn leads to the downstairs shower room, so this bedroom can be use as a private master with en-suite and dressing/relaxation area if desired. The living area is both spacious and comfortable and has a modern feature electric fireplace with remote control, a smart TV and is open plan into the kitchen/dining area. Outside is a handy storage room with power points which is part of the main fabric of the building where you can store surf boards and keep/charge electric bicycles plus any other outdoor holiday accessories and kit. The peaceful lawned garden area surrounds the cottage and offers a tranquil place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Hartland village is in a great location perfect for exploring both North Devon and North Cornwall, with attractions such as Milky Way Adventure Park, the world-famous Clovelly Village, The Big Sheep family farm themed park, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point Lighthouse and many more places to spend your days. If stunning beaches are your thing, then North Devon will leave you spoilt for choice with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! beaches all within easy reach by car. The fantastic South West Coastal Path runs through Hartland’s rugged coastline and is perfect for walker and view seekers.
