Spending a week in this amazing environment will give more taste. Manor house building on two levels with side buildings that include large living rooms with fantastic lounges for communal dinners. In the large living room there is a large fireplace where you can light a fire and relax in the comfortable sofa group. A very large and well-equipped kitchen with double dishwashers, stove, gas stove and large surfaces for preparation also satisfies the more discerning. In one of the two side buildings you will find a conservatory with a kitchen corner that is well suited for preparing afternoon drinks that can be enjoyed in one of the indoor seating areas or out on the ample terrace where the lake glitters in the sun. Adjacent to the conservatory there is a sauna with shower and dressing room. With windows facing the mansion's grand driveway, two of the house's bedrooms are located on the lower floor. In the second side building there is the so-called "1000 m2" building. The manor house is very suitable for larger families or companies that want to rent something out of the ordinary. The house is part of the Boo Fideikommiss estate, which includes Boo Castle. The property is located just over 40 km southeast of Örebro and covers 15,000 hectares. In addition, approximately 1,000 ha of water is added. There are good opportunities for nature experiences, forest walks and fishing. The area offers many hiking trails in scenic surroundings and beautiful nature reserves of different characters. This property is a perfect starting point for discovering the beautiful Närke landscape by bike and there are several cycling trails to choose from. Askersund, which is about 40 km away, is worth a visit with its picturesque and cozy wooden town with cobbled square, harbour life and small shops. Please note: Dogs are not allowed.
