La Moraia is a beautifully renovated large working farm surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in the Chianti region. The farm features 12 apartments that are located in the main house and a former barn that has its own outside area with a table on the terraces surrounding the main building. The location is very central, making it ideal for trips to discover the natural and cultural beauties of the region.

The farm is located 14 km from the center of Castellina in Chianti, 18 km from the center of San Gimignano, and 50 km from the center of Florence. It is situated in an elevated position in the countryside, providing guests with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Guests can enjoy shared use of the garden, swimming pool (7 x 14 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 23rd May - 30th September, pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00), patio, and barbecue.

In the house, there is a central heating system and a washing machine for shared use (extra). Heating is available only from 1st November to 15th April. Motor access to the house is via an unmade road that is 1 km long. There is ample parking available for guests. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are both 5 km away, and the nearest railway station, Poggibonsi, is also 5 km away. The thermal baths at Rapolano Terme are 55 km away, and there are tennis courts just 5 km from the farm.

Guests can also visit nearby attractions such as Monteriggioni (14 km), Barberino Val d'Elsa (16 km), San Donato (21 km), Radda in Chianti and Badia a Passignano (25 km), Siena (30 km), and Volterra (38 km).
