Very cosy apartment block "Sorts de la Mar", 4 storeys, renovated in 2019. 1 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 1 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Marineta Casiana" 50 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 100 m. Nearby attractions: club náutico 400 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
