Villa Gigetto is located in Medulin, a beautiful place with a lovely sandy beach.
This 4-bedroom villa has won awards for energy efficiency and design. It has a private swimming pool with 8 sun loungers, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower, so as a beautiful garden, which is 1000 m2 big.
Villa consists of two apartments, and each of them has its own living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Every bedroom has its own TV and air-conditioning.
Access to free Wi-fi is also provided.
Also, there are 3 baby cots and 2 highchairs, which are available upon request.
Important notice: in case of a young group arriving to the property (under 25 years old), security deposit is 800 EUR.

Owners live on the same property and they do not use the pool or the garden.
Outdoor area is covered by CCTV for your safety.
