For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced). In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Pirou" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Château de Pirou 1 km, Coutances 18 km, Mont St Michel à 1 heure, Iles de Jersey, Barneville Carteret 33 km.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Parquet floors. Barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: iron. Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
