Private: garden 140 m2 (fenced) with lawn. 50 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, railway station "Bordighera" 3 km, indoor swimming pool 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
