The space
Anyone who has visited Portsmouth will know that the parking can be a nightmare which is why you will be thankful this property has its own parking space in a secure gated on site car park just 30 second walk from the front door of the apartment. Upon entering the property there is a cozy entrance hall with space for coats and shoes leading onto a large living room with two sofas, a large smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is next and it is fully equipped to say the least - it even has a built in wine fridge! There are two double bedrooms both with plenty of built in storage, one with an en-suite shower room and then there is a family bathroom.
Guest access
Albert Road is one of the most popular streets in the city offering dozens of international cuisines, music venues, a theatre, countless pubs, gin and cocktail bars, cafes, takeaways and local artisanal shops. If this is not enough for you then you are little over a 10 minute walk to Palmerston Road and the sea front.
