A modern bungalov directly on the waterfront (beach) with a small garden at the front and at the back side. Big terrace. Fully equipt kitchen. Near to the restaurants, cafes and markets. Living room with 2 Armchairs and a couch and tables. The large veranda has a large dining table and a beautiful view of the beach, sea and the islands. The owner himself lives nearby and will always be helpful in any issue.

I am a retired civil engineer, studied at the famous American university, Robert College in Istanbul. I speak turkish, english, german. I keep myself busy with music, chess, literature and traveling. The whole summer I am in Turkey; in wintertime in Germany, in my house in Hamburg.

Why they chose this property

I bought this house 12 years ago because I fell in love with it because of the unique location on the seaside. Then I made alterations and rebuilt many parts of the house: a large terrace and windowfront on the waterside, another terrace at the backside and a second bedroom and a bigger bathroom.

What makes this property unique

Mainly the location on the waterfront directly on the beach with restaurants, cafes and shopping possibilities as well as water sports.
