As for the apartment, it is a fantastic apartment with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, which make it a perfect place to travel with the family. It also has 2 bathrooms, equipped with shower. In addition the property has air conditioning with heat pump. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker,... two full bathrooms, one of them inside the master bedroom. One of the most outstanding features of the property is its terrace, of 18 m2, which will allow the tenants to enjoy the good weather that Madrid offers.

2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
