Nadaille is a large and lovely holiday home which has a large kitchen of approximately 30m2 in the Périgord style at the back entrance. The entire house has a warm, cozy interior with beautiful old beams. The complete kitchen (ground floor) has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and a wooden farmhouse table for 8 people. This room opens directly onto the terrace and pool. In the garden is the brand new swimming pool with beautiful terrace. You can enjoy the sun during the beautiful moments of spring and summer...

Interior
From the kitchen you can take a small wooden staircase that leads directly to a cozy large living room. This living room in yellow Sarlat stone and with oak floors is situated around the Cantou fireplace. Behind the kitchen is the dining room of about 20m2 with a fireplace. The master bedroom (double bed 160x200) of 25m2 is also located on this level. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and sink and has access to the terrace. On the upper floor where the living room is also located are the remaining 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 and the other with 2 single beds 90x190 and an ensuite bathroom. Finally, on this level there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub , toilet and a sink.The bedrooms have automatic air-refresheners and have a view of the pool.

Outside
Finally, at the pool level there is the possibility to use the garage which also houses a toilet and washing machine. Outside there is a ping pong table, a charcoal barbecue and a beautiful table where you can dine for a long time.

Surroundings
The surroundings of this holiday home are also very beautiful! It is ideally located in the Périgord Noir, with the city of Sarlat as its radiant center. The many sites and tourist attractions of this region are close by and well worth a visit, such as the Lascaux Caves, the Castle of Castelnaud, the village of Bournat and its famous gardens and Chateau de Marqueyssac. The picturesque town of Souillac is less than 8 km away. The Dordogne river is ideal for swimming or canoeing.
