This unique pink design cottage is located in a quite part of De Waterkant, also known as the gay village of Cape Town. The luxury cottage offers 2 full bed and bathrooms and a sunny living with open fully equipped kitchen with access to the patio. The outside space has a table for breakfast in the sun and a sun lounger with outside shower facilities. The brand-new interior has been installed in 2022 and is inspired on Dutch art with a modern twist to it.

The cottage is very centrally located in De Waterkant within walking distance to all local amenities such as V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Central Business District, Cape Town International Convention Centre, Bo-Kaap, Green Point Stadium Park and trendy Cape Quarter shopping centre.

Easily accessible to major car hire firms, MyCiti Bus route, and just a short drive to Sea Point beach promenade, Clifton beach, Camps Bay and Table Mountain (one of the 7 New Wonders of Nature and a World Heritage side). The international airport of Cape Town is only a 25-minutes’ drive away. The winelands around Franschhoek and Stellenbosch are a 45-minuted drive away, the closest wineries can be found at Constantia which is about 30 minutes away.
