Immaculate, 2 bed apartment, central with parking!

'Estuary View is an immaculate modern apartment situated close to Exmouth town centre. A wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found within a 2-3 minute stroll, as can the leisure centre, train station and estuary park. Exmouth’s 2 miles of glorious sandy beach are 500 metres from the property. The apartment is just 250 metres from Exmouth’s beautiful Manor Gardens, which contain a family-run tea rooms, bandstand (with frequent events), lovely lawns and flower displays.

The apartment was built in 2021 and has been beautifully fitted with style and comfort in mind. The apartment is ideally suited to two guests but a third can be accommodated if required. Estuary View is an ideal base from which to explore the charms of Devon, enjoy a range of water sports, take a train trip up the river to the cathedral city of Exeter and explore Dartmoor and Exmoor national parks.

This self-catering apartment comprises: entrance hall; living room with comfy sofa, dining table and chairs and kitchen area. (Kitchen contains dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and full-sized oven with electric hob); There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle. Access to the apartment is via a short outside walkway, from which views of the Exe estuary can be enjoyed.

Although its location means a car is not essential for your holiday, the property benefits from an allocated parking space in a secure car park under the building.

Estuary View is situated on the third floor of the building – there is a lift.
