Spacious living and dining areas, beautiful  terrace, , 4 double bedrooms  and 4 bathrooms.
Very nice, high standard villa with a view over the golf course .Ideal for a luxury holiday stay. Fitted kitchen  with all the white goods.Outside is a private pool ,  barbecue,  sunbeds . The garden is beautifully designed and maintained, with fantastic night lights  .50€ of air conditioning use is allowed per week in the price, which is sufficient for normal usage. There is a safe and security cameras. Ideal for hiking or cycling.  25 minutes to the nearest beach, close to town of Fuente Alamo, and easy access to Murcia and Cartagena. Golf and other sports facilities on site. There are also various bars and restaurants on site. Closest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car.
