Entering the property front the front door you are greeted by a modern open plan lounge/kitchen, separate utility room and downstairs WC also housing the washing machine and boiler. Plenty of space to store your coats and muddy boots! Walking through to a cosy lounge, a sumptuous sofa awaits you along with a Smart TV and French doors leading to the outside area.
