This two-story house has 360 degree views for enjoying the sunrise and sunset from decks on both sides of the house. The downstairs living room has a comfortable sofa set up with a Smart TV, and the fully-equipped kitchen upstairs is perfect for sharing meals. The two spacious bedrooms has king-sized beds (1 king size can be converted in 2 individual beds), and a deck access, plus one comfortable bathroom.

The kitchen has basic ingredients and drinking water provided for your use. You can count on fast internet, a television with Netflix/Prime TV and a sound system. We provide towels, bathroom basics, and quality linens to ensure a comfortable stay. You’ll have access to the swimming pool, barbecue, and all outside facilities

Your hosts, Rafa and Miranda, have spent years developing the Utopia property into a secluded paradise close to Oaxaca City. Utopia is an ecological and sustainable project including water catchment and irrigation, solar heating, organic fruit and vegetable garden. We live on the property, and while we will give you privacy during your stay, we are here to assist with anything, from recommendations to extra services.
On request, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner at the house, yoga, mezcal tastings, massages, tours, babysitting and extra cleaning. At Utopia, your safety and health are of utmost importance, so all necessary action is taken to maintain this oasis a safe place. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
