Villa Salvia is a spacious and bright 4-room terraced house that spans across 120 m2 on 2 levels. The house features very beautiful and stylish furnishings that are sure to impress. The large living and dining area comes complete with a dining table, satellite TV, and international TV channels on a flat screen. There is also a DVD player for your entertainment. You can step out from this area to the garden or the terrace.

There are two bedrooms on the lower level, including one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The other bedroom has two single beds. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. You can also step out from this area to the garden or the terrace. There is a separate shower, bidet, and WC on this level.

On the upper level, there is a large double bedroom with a bath, bidet, and WC. The house has underfloor heating and air-conditioning. The natural stone floors and comfortable furnishings in the country house style make it an ideal place to relax and unwind. There is a terrace and patio, and the house is surrounded by beautiful panoramic views of the countryside.
