Lincombe Barn - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Lincombe Barn is a delightful two storey barn conversion nestled in a small hamlet close to the village of Lee Bay and Mortehoe. Mortehoe and Lee Bay are fabulous for walkers and offers some exhilarating coastal walks, or head further along the coast to Woolacombe beach with its three-mile expanse of golden sands.
The property has been converted to a high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings, including remote control velux windows and large rainfall showers. There is a wonderful family room/kitchen area with bi-fold doors opening onto a decked terraced area with wonderful countryside views. The barn is part of Lincombe Manor, a 17th Century property which is currently being renovated and will be let out by the end of the year.

Other: Bed linen and towels inclusive. Highchair and stairgates provided, No travel cot provided.
Outdoors:  Private raised terraced area off the kitchen and shared access to lawned gardens (minor renovations will commence at the Manor during late 2022). There is an uncovered pond, so care must be taken with young children
Parking: Private parking for 2 cars.
