Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture, and picnic bench. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: The property is located on the grounds of a working farm. Note: Dogs should be kept on their leads whilst outside of the cottage except in the garden
