Our apartment is located in the center of Marmaris, 10 meters from the sea. It is in the comfort of a hotel and has panoramic sea views from the kitchen and living room. Our flat is in the center of Marmaris, walking distance to everywhere. Everything you need is in our apartment. Our flat is single storey and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioner, wardrobe, chest of drawers

* Bathroom: 1 bathroom, washing machine

* Our living room has a sofa set, air conditioner, television, coffee table, balcony, sea view.

* Our kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, four-burner stove, hood, oven, table and chairs, dinnerware, kitchen utensils, balcony, sea view.

* Damage deposit Damage, lost, broken, cast, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 200 kW) is included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.

* Minimum stay is 7 nights. Extra cleaning fees apply for stays of 3-5 nights outside of high season.

* Extra cleaning fee: 400 TL

* Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00 to our flat.
