Villa for 8 people with swimming pool
For a successful stay with family or friends, come and recharge your batteries at AYUCCA.
You will be quiet, at the foot of the national forest and its path towards the beach (1.3 km) but close to the city center (0.8 km) and its amenities and the large market open every day from April to september. You will have direct access to the Mons cycle paths and the Velodyssée and its 1200 km along the Atlantic coast.

• 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 bed and 2 80 x 200 beds that can be joined to become a 160 x 200 + 1 bathroom with toilet,
On the ground floor
• 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 and 140 x 200 beds + 1 bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet,
• 1 living room with fully equipped kitchen (large capacity fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need…) ,
• Connected TV with NETFLIX access,
• HARMAN CARDON audio speaker,
• WIFI FIBER,
• Washing machine + dryer and many household appliances...
OUTSIDE (without vis-à-vis):
- Swimming pool L 7 x W 3m x D 1.40m heated to 28° from 15/05 to 30/09 (child knowing how to swim and under compulsory supervision!!),
