Gledfield Gate Lodge is wonderful, traditional cosy cottage that has been refurbished throughout. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom, both with ample storage space. This single-storey cottage has it all with a spacious living area, a warm open fire and a choice of sofas and armchairs to keep everyone in the family happy and entertained whilst watching the Smart TV. There is an open plan kitchen and dining table that is well equipped with an electric double oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker, and has plenty of space to create your culinary classics. Outside has an enclosed walled garden with beautiful landscaping, and more than enough parking space on the private drive.. Gledfield Highland Estate is a walker’s paradise, and is situated within 5,000 acres of wonderful striking woodlands on the shores of the Dornoch Firth along the River Carron. This superb escape is set amongst the stunning Scottish countryside and delivers breathtaking scenery and an abundance of wildlife, including red deer and birds of prey.
With marvellous walks and many fishing opportunities, including the 1 mile of single bank salmon fishing and three ponds close to Gledfield’s main house that is well-stocked with rainbow trout, it’s a fishing lovers oasis.
