Small apartment, elegantly furnished. With balcony.
Ideal for couples, or a couple with a child: the sofa can become a comfortable additional bed.
The beach can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The closest sand beach is exactly 100 meters away!
The house is in a great location: bars and restaurants are very close (100-200 meters, pizzerias and restaurants of the area called “Sant’Anna”, where the apartment is located).
Minimarket 300m away.
Town centre of Diano Marina, with more shops, restaurants, cafés: 400 meters away.


Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Located on the fourth floor, with elevator (only three steps to access the main entrance from the street – and there is a ramp for strollers)
The apartment has a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette. Small balcony with table, chairs and awning.
Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.
