Large single-family house "Pusteblume", built in 2020. In the district of Hessenburg 11 km from the centre of Ribnitz-Damgarten, in a quiet position, 5 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach. For shared use: property 1'700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, sandy beach "Zingst" 15 km, grass beach "Saal" 3 km. Surf school 4 km. Nearby attractions: Boddentherme 11 km, Vogelpark 16 km, Bernsteinmuseum 9 km, Karls Erlebnishof 30 km, Hansestadt Rostock 40 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The owner occasionally lives on the property.
