For shared use: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 8 cars) at the house. Shop, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Gondola lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hornbergbahn 2.5 km, Zillertal Arena 5 km.
