Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £399 applies to every booking.
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY in the peak season.

We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the property. A £49 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
