Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £399 applies to every booking.
Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY in the peak season.
Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the property. A £49 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
