One Bedroom Balcony with Great Location and Value

My places is located in Yakal and Malugay Street AIR RESIDENCES it is about 20 minutes away from NAIA Airport It is a whole Condo Unit where in you can rent and accommodate 2 persons.

We have equipped our home to the best standard that we can for you to have the most comfortable stay possible. We hope to give you the relaxation and cosiness you deserve in this staycation.

The Unit is 26,35 square meters and can rent the whole Unit. Privacy it not a problem because you have your OWN dedicated place and space, a kitchen where in you can cook your own food, Utensils and Kitchenwares are readily available for you and you can use it throughout your stay.

There are potential noise that you may encounter during your stay, since my UNIT is not Soundproof.
