Private: property 2'757 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Grocery 2.8 km, supermarket 2.8 km, sandy beach "Playa La Fustera" 4 km, rocky beach "Cala Baladrar" 1.9 km. Sports harbour 6 km, marina 6 km, golf course 4 km.
