Arifa flat is located in a highly desirable part of Perth and is within walking distance to the city centre and its shopping and leisure amenities, including restaurants, bars, and Perth Concert Hall.

Featuring a private reception staircase, the flat is bright and spacious, with each room carefully furnished to provide you with ultimate comfort.
The space
The living room features a working fireplace. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with memory mattress and an in-build wardrobe (inside you will find a drying rack, ironing board,
Iron, hoover). The wee bedroom features two single beds and a chest of drawers. The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a fridge and a freezer. On the patio at the back you will find two benches, a table, a wood burner and a grill.
Guest access
You will have a private entrance to the flat and access to a private garden (please mind the fact that the front of the garden is a shared area). Parking is free on the street
Other things to note
To make your stay more comfortable we have added extra amenities: in the kitchen you can find a coffee machine and biscuits, detergent and conditioner for your clothes. In the bathroom we have added disposable slippers, shower gels and bath bombs. On the patio at the back be sure to find a wood burner and a bbq grill as well as a children’s little play area.
An infant crib is also available upon request as well as toys and books for the wee ones.
