Jour D'Ete is situated on a quite residential lane in the charming village of Sainte Marine. The 2 bedroom bungalow is surrounded by gardens to four sides and is secure from the lane making it ideal for children. The property is very well equipped inside and out and has everything you should require for an enjoyable self catering holiday. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 full sized singles and there is a double metal action sofa bed in the lounge area, sleeping 6 in total. Duvets and Pillows are provided and bed linen is available to hire if you prefer not to take your own. This is payable locally at a cost of 22 Euros for the double bed and/or 17 Euros for each single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. Everything is on one level making it an excellent choice for those with mobility restrictions. The situation makes it ideal for leaving the car and walking to both the beach and harbour with shops and restaurants.

Hi, I'm Lucy, my husband, Neil and I live in Worcestershire, England with our two teenage children. We fell in love with Sainte Marine many years ago on a camping trip to Benodet. The area has so much to offer for all ages and it took us several years to find the perfect home as for us, it had to be Sainte Marine. Benodet is fabulous but Sainte Marine offers the same beautiful beach, shops and restaurants on a smaller scale with everywhere else easily accessible.

Why they chose this property

The area has so much to offer for all ages and it took us several years to find the perfect home as for us, it had to be Sainte Marine. Benodet is fabulous but Sainte Marine offers the same beautiful beach, shops and restaurants on a smaller scale with everywhere else easily accessible. The property is within easy walking distance of a glorious sandy beach and harbour with restaurants, cafes and a well stocked general store, also the foot ferry across to Benodet. The car can really be left on the drive although the area of Finistere has much more to offer slightly further afield.

The bungalow is all on one level, ideal for elderly or guests with mobility problems and being situated in a fully enclosed, gated garden, it is also perfect for young children.
