Spend your days in this lovely and spacious 4 BR house located in a quiet area in the mountainous region of Limassol. The detached house is cozy, friendly, and overall highly operational. This unique property is perfect for getting together with friends and family. If you are seeking quiet and relaxation then this is the perfect place to be!

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable big sofa, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV to spend time with the whole family! Heading towards the kitchen, you will find the dining area featuring a dining table that can sit up to eight people, waiting for you to fill it up with hot or cold dishes (depending on your taste) and enjoy the family or friendship moments with your loved ones! Right next to it you will find the place where the magic happens, the Kitchen! We have really taken care of you and made sure that in this room you will find everything that you will need to prepare nearly any dish that you desire. You will find a full-size stove, an oven, a refrigerator, cookware, tableware, cooking utensils, and a washing machine so that you can wash your clothes during a long booking. Also, there is one of the bedrooms is placed on the ground floor.

On the top floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms, each having an ensuite bathroom a split unit air conditioner, a wardrobe, and large windows with mesmerizing views!

Stepping outside you will come upon the beautiful garden featuring a veranda with a BBQ a nice and private, and a covered outdoor area with garden furniture! In addition, there are a slide and a trampoline for your children in the garden.

Moniatis is a village of Limassol with rich natural vegetation about 30 km from the city, built on the Troodos Mountains. It is a village surrounded by greenery, renowned for its natural environment, which enjoyed tremendous growth in the 1990s.

In Moniati there are remarkable churches such as the central church of Panagia Odigitria, the chapel of Archangel Michael built-in 1717, which dominates near the village’s core, the historical monastery of Timios Prodromos dating from the end of the 15th century, the chapel of Zoodochos Pigis and the chapel of Prophet Elias. With a few minutes drive, you will find yourself in Trooditissas Monastery.

In the area of Moniatis, there are beautiful nature trails that offer relaxation and tranquillity to visitors, giving them the opportunity to study them as well as admire the waterfalls and the "environmental lung" Mesa Potamos. Additionally near the village, you will find the beautiful Caledonian Fall and Millomeris waterfall trails two of the most renowned in Cyprus. Troodos Geopark and botanical garden is another worthy place of interest, especially for nature lovers.

Also worth visiting is the small barrier of the village, as well as the impressive double bridges, which are the natural border of the Community with Trimiklini and it is the only one in Cyprus.

Finally, in Moniatis there are springs with sulphuric waters, which are known for their healing properties.

• This is a self-catering accommodation. Our company provides only starters and guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Oil, salt, and pepper are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

• You will be able to use the same number of bedrooms that are corresponding to the number of persons that booked the accommodation. The remaining bedrooms will be locked.

• The pool will be available for the months of April - November. During the winter months, the pool will be packed and stored.
