Great location for visiting Leeds whether for business or pleasure, characterful house with loads of original features such as high ceilings, deep coving and skirting boards, ceiling roses, paneling on stairs, first floor landing balcony, chandeliers throughout.
Fantastic new kitchen with all the latest amenities including a table with 4 chairs and a Smart TV.

What makes this property unique

This property can accommodate 8 adults with ease without the feeling of being cramped, the outside private area at the back is ideal for relaxing and socialising, the front of the property is very secure with a well lit driveway and electrically operated gate, it also has a lockable side gate to access the private area at the back.
