Two small dogs welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Rosery is just a 300-yard walk from the beach with a park, play area and paddling pools on the way to the promenade. This will make the property very popular with families wanting to have that traditional seaside holiday. There is plenty of space for all the family, with an enclosed south-facing garden as well to enjoy.
A short stroll takes you into the centre of this popular, traditional resort with its fairground, amusements, seaside shops and supermarkets, as well as a range of restaurants, takeaways and pubs to enjoy meals and drinks out.
Donna Nook is a 15-minute drive north along the coast, and is worth visiting in the seal breeding season during the winter months where there are often around 2000 pups born. They are also frequently spotted along this stretch as you stroll along the beach.
You can catch the coastal bus which will take you for family days out at Butlin’s, Fantasy island or into Skegness, with its pier, where there is something for all the family to enjoy. Pub within 1 mile.
