The Space:
Le Regal Elysées is your doorway to the Champs Elysee and the magical lights of Paris.  Located on a residential street and facing away from the street, the apartment is both bright and quiet. This apartment also has a parking space available to rent.

Renovated and updated with all the modern requirements, this apt mixes French 19th Century elegance with modern fixtures.


BEDROOOM: The bedroom features a very comfortable queen bed and the custom cabinetry that will allow you to tuck your clothing and luggage out of the way. The apartment is as quiet as you will find anywhere!


BATHROOM: You will enjoy modern amenities with a full bathtub, toilet, and sink. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.


WC/TOILET: A smaller bathroom with toilet and sink is located off the hallway.


MURPHY BED: The wood paneled cabinets in the living room hide two twin beds that drop down easily for 2 people to sleep separatly.


SOFA BED:  The sofa in the main living area is also a comfortable, high quality double size Italian leather sofa-bed to welcome two additional guests.


Full linens are provided for all beds.


KITCHEN & DINING:  The kitchen offers all you need for a nice meal at home.  You will find a stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave/grill, wooden counters, fridge/freezer. The dining table in the living area allows seating for up to 6 guests.


We have provided all you will need to cook and dine at home.  Plates, drinking and wine glasses, cutlery, knives, pots and pans, cooking oils, spices, and more.  


CLOTHES WASHER  You will find a clothes washing machine/dryer in the apartment, we provide detergent.  The machine is both a washer and a dryer!

TELECOMMUNICATION:

The apartment features a high-speed internet connection (Wifi), an internet-enabled TV, DVD player, digital radio, and telephone with FREE long-distance calls to over 70 countries.

The TV in the living area will let you see what's going on in the world with hundreds of channels in many languages and CNN and BBC in English. But remember, you didn't come to Paris to care about what's going on in the world. So set it to some digital radio instead, sip some wine and nibble some fromage; now that's  much better !

Calling friends back home or checking your email is simple. Your flat is set up with FREE WIFI and UNLIMITED FREE TELEPHONE CALLS to over 70 countries, including the U.S., Canada and Australia.

AIR-CONDITIONING: 

The apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit to help keep you comfortable during the hotter weather.
