A Sunshine Villa fica localizado num bairro residencial , muito calma e tranquilo. Na rua existe um parque para as crianças brincarem ,um campo de basquetebol . . . Pode-se ir a pé para um Clube de ténis e de Padel, também fica próximo dum centro de equitação. Perto da Sunshine Villa existe alguns bons restaurantes , cafés, supermercados , cabeleireiros , lojas ,correios, a Universidade do Algarve , o Hospital Particular, e muito mais mas tudo a uma curta distância a pé ou de carro.
