Villa Soul is located on a plot of 17.000 m2, in peaceful north area of Ibiza between San Carlos and Santa Eulalia, is an 70-80s Ibizan house, renovated with charming details and colorfull interiors, surrounded by the nature and the beauty of Morna Valley .
The property includes five villas, a Main house of 350m2 on two floor, and four additional dependence built around and immersed in the big park and the gardens.
The private olympic pool with the jacuzzi and the deck with sunbeds for relaxing; many terraces and chill areas to enjoy this small paradise, there is also a Donkey forest (with 3 free living donkey!!), dining areas , barbecue and a pergola.
Villa Soul offers 6 bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and TV .

Main Villa:
On ground floor the dining area with the fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a study with the fireplace and a big living room with TV. At this floor there are one double room with queen size bed.
On the first floor the Master room with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, sea view and two terraces.

Villa 2
A guest Suite with a double bed (200 cm) and en suite bathroom with bathtub, it’s possible to add two kids bed. The Villa is located in the garden with sea view.

Villa 3
Located in the Donkey Park, this Guest Suite has a double bed (200 cm), en suite bathroom with bathtub.

Villa 4
The Guest suite with a double bed (2000cm), en suite bathroom with big shower.

Villa 5
This beach style house has its private kitchen,dining area and a private terrace fot the maximum of privacy. A Double bedroom (180) with en suite bathroom.

Complete the property a Balinese meditation temple and 6 carport.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
