Cedar boutique is perfect for couples with one dog, (AIR CON)offering high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The lake and woodland views are to behold.The large safe deck benefits from all day sun and is a sun worshippers dream.with fencing all round for your pet.The deck includes a deluxe barbecue with free gas, parasol, table and chairs and sun loungers.
Inside there is an open plan lounge/kitchen with 42” smart tv, digital flame fire, rapid Wi FI, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils.Dine overlooking the lake through the large patio window or on the deck. Nature lovers may see Deere,ducks,geese,king fishers, red kite, buzzards,pheasants, partridge, hares and rabbits.
The bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables with dimmable lamps (with phone charging point) , a small smart tv, wardrobe and large full size glass door overlooking the lake.
There is a fully equipped en suite bathroom boasting deluxe shower, basin with vanity unit, mirror , shaving point, towel radiator and WC.There is underfloor heating throughout. Linen and towels are provided .

FREE 5* HEALTH SPA ACCESS….
Into the adjoining OAKS Spa and golf club. Facilities include indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, aroma, relaxing heated water beds, gym and dining area/lounge. Treatments are available at cost and need booking ahead of your visit. A full food and beverage menu is available in the spa and golf club(eat in or take away) dogs are allowed on the patio but not in the spa/golf club. There is a fully kitted driving range with golf tuition if required.
