A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool. The pool is self-maintained.

Ideal for families seeking a great vacation, this house can accommodate 5 people, with an available crib. The rented space is the ground floor of the house, distributed as follows:

Ground floor: kitchen-dining room, 2 double bedrooms: one with interior window + single bed, the other with available crib. Additionally, 1 bathroom with shower. Laundry area, access to garden and pool. Air conditioning in the kitchen-living room and master bedroom.You can park in the parking space inside the property. The rest of the house will not be used during your vacation, all available space will be for your exclusive use.

What can you do around it? our location allows us to move easily to be able to visit recognized cities, such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres.
