Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage, public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 400 m, bathing lake "Strandbad Zell am See" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, skisport facilities 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Einstieg in das Schigebiet Schmittenhöhe 100 m, Kitzsteinhorn- Maiskogel 8 km.

Open large dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). 2 double bedrooms. Large kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, steamer). Bath/bidet/WC. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
