In the house: lift. Parking space n 23. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 20 m, café 10 m, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 100 m. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course 5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Aquitico 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
