About this property

La Avoceta

La Avoceta is a bright, sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, within a 10-minute walk to the Arenal Beach front and a 15-to-20-minute stroll from the quaint shops, restaurants and cafes of Javea Port.

Set within a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree lined Avenue, guests of the apartment have use of the communal swimming pool and gardens. Plus, a handy underground parking space, large enough for two standard size vehicles and with plenty of extra space for road bikes or beach toys.

Inside the apartment, guests are greeted with bright, white-washed walls, sunny artwork and pretty decorative touches in rattan and beachy tones. The spacious lounge-diner and galley kitchen look out onto a large, covered balcony, complete with outdoor dining table and comfy seating. The stylish bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes, and quality beds with padded headboards. Hot/Cold air-conditioning is proportioned throughout the property via a ducted air-vent system, making this a comfortable place to stay through-out the year.
