The Club House and the supermarket are located 150m from our apartment. Park your vehicle and make way for vacation in this superb place planted with palm trees where safety is the key word.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and a second which can be either two single beds or a second double bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
The bathroom is functional and complete. (we don't provide bath towels)
In the living room, you will feel at home with a television showing international channels of music, sport, documentaries, cinema, etc... A sofa with 2 electric relaxers and a dining room for four people.
Outside, you can enjoy a spacious and covered terrace as well as a garden to enjoy the sun of Murcia.
The outdoor swimming pool is located 20m from the apartment and is absolutely calm in a peaceful environment.All the swimming pools of the Golf are also accessible to you if this one is too busy.
You will have the opportunity to sip a drink at the Club House, or participate in one of the many themed evenings they organize. The Club House has its own restaurant and it is open to everyone. You will also find in this complex a store dedicated to golf enthusiasts and also a supermarket with all the necessary products, food, games, ..
Outside the complex, the city center of Murcia is absolutely to be seen, whether for tourism enthusiasts or for shopping. The city is very pleasant and full of charm. It is 15 minutes away by car.
In Cartagena, a famous port city, we advise you to visit the Liqueur 43 factory, which is no longer presented in Spain and around the world. It is 30 minutes away by car.
Finally, the beaches, the creeks, the idleness in the sun are a few kilometers from the complex.
