The apartment is located in the 'Gardesana Active Apartments' run by the Monaci family since 1977. It is located in the centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. The property is strategically located: in just a few steps you are already in the old town centre, the harbour, the beaches, the long cycle path that runs along the lake for 30km and the Funivia-Monte Baldo cable car. Carolina and Pietro Monaci have wished to reflect their passion for outdoor sport in each flat and to offer their guests various types of flats, from small to large. The price also includes bike rental (also for children), bike and E-bike storage (indoors or outdoors with key), wifi and air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Animals are welcome.

The large and comfortable living room / kitchen has a double sofa bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and a large kitchen. In the background the image of a paraglider flying over the skies of Lake Garda which transmits a great synergy between man and sky. Through the glass door you can reach the large balcony (7sqm) equipped with a table and chairs. The large and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): for a stay longer than 8 days the towels will be changed. In the back, more quiet, there is the bedroom with a double bed (or two beds) and a bunk bed (or single): large and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels. The apartment is recommended for couples who want maximum comfort and elegance; to large families (max. 6 people) who wish not to deprive themselves of this great privilege.
