An ideal base for exploring Devon by car, boat, train and walking. The south west coast path, Dart Marina & steam railway are close by.
The patio is perfect for sunny days and sunsets and the loft room is an alternative for those "damp" days. A peaceful quiet spot since 50 STEPS DOWN FROM THE ROAD with free parking.

Spacious open plan with comfortable seating, TV & Log Fire for the cooler months.
Circular dining table.

NB if you are unfamiliar with wood burning stoves do not use it. Over firing will cause serious damage for which you will be responsible.

Fully equipped with double oven, induction hob etc. Fire Extinguisher (Dry Power) & Fire Blanket.

Shower Room
Electric shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating. Toilet paper, Soap, Shampoo, Hair Conditioner, Shower Gel. Towels.

Double bed, KING SIZE DUVET (tog option) & pillows, wardrobe & drawer storage.
Hair Dryer. Linen supplied.

Loft / Bedroom 2
Sofa, easy chairs, TV, coffee table. Single bed with single duvet ( tog option) & pillows.
Black out window covers. Linen supplied.
